Tom Yum Koong: The internationally known Thai broth in a full flavor soup that satisfies
taste buds, fresh Jumbo shrimp with chili lime broth.
Tom Kha Gai: Widely recognized Thai broth with lean chicken, mushrooms,
tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro in a rich coconut milk broth.
Larb Moo: Lean ground pork, spiced with basil leaves, red & green onions,
roasted ground rice powder, lime juice & chilies served on crisp cabbage.
Second Course ( Choice of one )
Papaya Salad: Fresh selected green papaya, shredded and prepared the traditonal
Thai way with spices and Thai chili peppers to maximize flavor.
Calamari: Calamari lightly battered and served with homemade sweet chili sauce.
Deejai Salad:Spring mixed salad, spinach, mushroom, tomato and red onion with light
homemade vinaigrette dressing that will clear your palate.
Third Course ( Choice of one )
Softshell Crab Panang: Crispy golden softshell crab topped with homemade panang curry sauce.
Garnished with asparagus, broccoli, baby corn, and carrot.
Shu Shee Salmon: Pan fried salmon steak topped with homemade curry sauce.
Garnished with asparagus, baby corn, broccoli, and carrot.
Pad Ped Flounder: Stir-fried crispy flounder with homemade curry, snow pea, baby corn,
eggplant, green bean, bell peppers and fresh basil.
Pad Thai (*): The national noodle dish of Thailand; sold on every street corner and
served in every home. Recommended with our jumbo prawns these Thai rice noodles are
pan-fried with egg and choice of meat. Garnished with bean sprouts, peanuts, carrots, and shredded cabbage.
Pad See U (*): These flat and wide rice noodles are traditional Thai-style.
These noodles are made just for this dish; pan-fried in a sweet black soy sauce
with choice of meat, egg, bean sprouts, and broccoli.
Pad Prik Pork (*): Oooooh! This is so spicy and healthy that there must be some mistake because
the flavor is awesome. Recommended with our lean juicy pork, this spicy hot dish combines
red and green bell peppers, onions, garlic, and straw mushrooms in a homemade chili pepper
sauce.
Spicy Curry Seafood: This dish satisfies the seafood lovers.
A combination of prawns, scallops, squid, and mussels stir-fried in chili curry sauce
with snow pea, baby corn, eggplant, green bean, bell peppers and fresh basil.
Cashew Delight Chicken (*): The name says it all; this dish is delightful.
Stir-fry in a sweet & chili sauce with pineapple, onions, shiitake, and of course whole
cashews. This dish is recommended with a chicken breast.
Grill Beef Salad/Yum Nuer: Test your taste buds with this refreshing summer or hearty winter
dish. It's a year-round favorite and a great low-calorie lunch or dinner.
Char-grilled marinated strips of lean beef, in a spicy cilantro sauce with red onions,
lime juice, tomatoes and fresh cucumbers.
Spicy Basil Chicken (*): This is a spicyThai basil dish recommended with lean ground chicken
breast, crisp green beans, bell peppers, onions and homemade hot chili sauce stir-fried.
Duck Curry: Crispy roasted duck; deboned and then marinated overnight served on top of a
slow simmered red curry sauce, with pineapple, grape, tomato, bell peppers,
and fresh basil.
Pra Ram Rong Song (*): Combination of Shrimp, chicken, beef, and pork stir-fried
in homemade chili sauce top with peanut sauce garnished with Asian Kale, and baby bok choi.
Green Curry Scallop with Roasted Eggplant:Roasted eggplant topped with aroma green curry sauce
and pan seared scallops garnished with asparagus and fresh basil.
Red Curry Chicken (*) :The original Thai curry combines fresh herbs and Thai red chili peppers.
Chicken simmered with eggplant, green bean, bell peppers, and basils leaves.
Vegetable Lovers (*): This a vegetable dish with stir-fried broccoli, napa, zucchini,
