Panang Curry                                      

Taste milder than red curry but rich in flavor and quite addictive to customers.  Meat of your choice simmered with asparagus, bell pepper, and basil.

Mussaman Curry                                  

This curry is rich in spices but quite mild and a little sweet simmered with peanuts, potatoes, carrots, and avocado.

Kang Dang/Red Curry    *

Pad See U                                          

These flat and wide rice noodles are traditional Thai-style.  These noodles are made just for this dish; pan-fried in a sweet black soy sauce with choice of meat, egg, bean sprouts, and broccoli.
